More Kidney pain from H1N1 vaccine

My dad's girlfriend took the H1N1 swine flu vaccine. she just started getting a kidney infection. I don't know whats going to happen to her. She's healthy and now she is starting to get sick. Which makes me wonder how bad it will be for people with preexisting conditions
