TODAY - People will die from the vaccine, but it's only a coincidence.
People will die after swine flu vaccine - but it's just coincidence
Six people in Britain can be expected to die suddenly after having the swine flu vaccine but it will just be coincidence, researchers have said.

With millions of people being vaccinated against the virus there is a real risk that coincidental events will be seen as reactions to the jab, a paper in The Lancet said. Experts at Cincinnati Children's Hospital in America calculated the background rate of conditions that may be mistaken for vaccine reactions and warned that there is a risk people will shun the jab needlessly.
Only if these background rates are exceeded will it point to a potential problem with the vaccine. Medical experts have been told to watch for any cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome during the flu pandemic as some research suggested there was a link between a flu vaccine used in America in 1976 and the condition, in which the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks part of the nervous system and can be fatal in rare cases. However flu itself it also linked to the condition and about one in every 100,000 people a year.
Dr Steven Black and colleagues calculated that if 10 million people in Britain were vaccinated there would be around 22 cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome and six cases of sudden death would be expected to occur within six weeks of vaccination as coincident background cases.
Just over nine million people in priority groups, such as pregnant women and those with long-term illnesses, and another two million front line health and social care workers will be offered the vaccine in Britain over the next two months.
Decisions will be taken soon over whether to offer the vaccine more widely.
The research also suggested that 397 per one million vaccinated pregnant women would be predicted to have a spontaneous abortion within one day of vaccination.
But this is the rate of spontaneous abortion that would occur on any given day out of a group of one million pregnant women during a vaccination campaign or not.
Dr Black wrote: “Misinterpretation of adverse health outcomes that are only temporally related to vaccination will not only threaten the success of the pandemic H1N1 influenza vaccine programme, but also potentially hinder the development of newer vaccines.
"Therefore, careful interpretation of vaccine safety signals is crucial to detect real reactions to vaccine and to ensure that temporally related events not caused by vaccination do not unjustly affect public opinion of the vaccine.
"Development and availability of data banks that can provide locally relevant background rates of disease incidence are important to aid assessment of vaccine safety concerns.”
The researchers said although scientists know that events connected only be time does not prove cause and effect, the cases 'nonetheless raise public concern'.
Prof David Spiegelhalter, Winton Professor of the Public Understanding of Risk, University of Cambridge and Co-Director of Straight Statistics, said: "What a fine paper. If millions of people are vaccinated then just by chance we can expect bad things to happen to some of them, whether it's a diagnosis of autism or a miscarriage.
"By being ready with the expected numbers of chance cases, perhaps we can avoid overreaction to sad, but coincidental, events. And why don't we ever see a headline 'Man wins lottery after flu jab'?"
Professor Robert Dingwall, University of Nottingham, said: "The difference between cause and coincidence is difficult enough for specialists to grasp, let alone the wider public.
"However, this paper is very important in spelling out the fact that just because two events happen at the same time, they are not necessarily related. There is a background rate of death, disease and accidents that happen all the time regardless of what medical interventions are going on.
"Confusing cause and coincidence may lead to serious policy mistakes that put people unnecessarily at risk.
"I am sure that some coincidences will emerge from a high-profile vaccination campaign and we must be careful not to be misled by them."
Meanwhile the World Health Organisation said that pregnant women could be immunised with any of the vaccines licensed for use against swine flu.
Dr Marie-Paule Keiny, from the WHO, said: “ Sage (the Strategic Advisory Group of Experts) has concluded that the safety profiles are good and recommend that pregnant women can be immunised with any of the licensed vaccines.”
The WHO also recommended that one dose was sufficient to immunise children.

Latex Allergy Adverse Reaction Caused by Swine Flu Shot
Latex Allergy Adverse Reaction Caused by Swine Flu Shot
Just as health care workers and first responders have started to line up for H1N1 flu shots, an adverse reaction to latex has been reported. This development adds further to to the compensable risks resulting from adverse reactions to the vaccine.
Latex allergy claims have long been held compensable in workers' compensation courts throughout the country. The original claims arose out of exposure to latex protein in gloves that came into use as a result of the AIDS epidemic.
A case of latex allergy reaction has been reported in Australia during a vaccination program. While the vaccine and the vial are supposedly latex free, the packing material may not be, and that may have trigger the reaction. One in 100 people are thought to have an allergy to latex.
Reactions to latex may be mild or transitory or may be a permanent sensitization causing hives, shortness of breath, total disability and possible death.

Hungary's new flu vaccine not suitable for children, pregnant women, says health advisor
The vaccine against the new flu virus is not suitable for small children and pregnant women, a member of Hungary's Collegium for Infectology, an advisor to the Health Ministry, said in a television programme on TV2 on Sunday evening.
Pregnant women should instead be treated with antiviral products, of which there is not enough in the country, Andras Szalka said.
The Health Ministry responded that it had not to date received a statement from the Collegium to this effect, however, it added that Chief Medical Officer Ferenc Falus has called a meeting of the pandemic committee for Monday, where this matter would be discussed.
The fourth patient died in Hungary on Thursday associated with the new flu A/H1N1 virus. The virus had been revealed in 283 cases since it appeared in Hungary in May

10/28/2009 - 190 Reactions to Vaccine!
- Isn’t this vaccine suppose to protect us? You don’t need this vaccine. The MSM is fear mongering on behalf of their Big Pharma clients. If you check who the real owners of the MSM and Big Pharma are, you will get a clearer picture of what is going on. Why did Obama declare a national emergency for swine flu when it is not in any way a big threat? What is the real agenda? Health Freedom Alliance reports: Yesterday 30 people had been reporting to the authorities in Sweden that they experienced such severe side effects that they felt the need to contact a hospital. Today the number is 140. The swedish newspaper Expressen is the only one in Sweden reporting on these cases and as usual this is most likely only the tip of a rather large iceberg. UPDATE: According to Dagens Nyheter, the number of reported side effects are now a few hours later 190. 1 person dies after the injection but “no direct relation with the injection has been established”. The biggest medical scandal in the history of Sweden has just started.
Even so, Annika Linde, director of The Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control (SMI) manages to spin this into something positive by stating “The vaccine has more side effects than the normal flu vaccine. It is a sign that proves that it gives an effective protection.”
Thousands of Swedes have been vaccinated so far and the reports of side effects are “flooding in” to The Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control (SMI). Annika Linde: “It is obviously so that the vaccine against the swine flu results in more side effects than the normal flu vaccines. That is because the swine flu vaccine contains adjuvants, shark liver oil, which triggers the immune defense to respond. That also results in that the protection against the virus becomes better.”
Several severe cases of allergic reactions are reported to the unit for medicinal safety. “So far the reported side effects are not unexpected”, says Gunilla Sjölin Forsberg. This unit has now asked some of the many units that vaccinate to report side effects to better get a grip on the situation. This statement alone is shocking since according to normal practice, all side effects should automatically be reported – right?
A nurse who took the shot on wednesday last week is still feeling sick. She got high fever and shivers from the swine flu shot. “-I was shaking in my whole body. It was so sever that I could not even hold a glass of water in my hand.”, Lotta Lindström says. “- I am now thinking about what it is I have been injected with. I really was affected. It feels really unpleasant.”

Maria Strindlund is not so sure she made the right choice to tae the shot. She also got a severe fever and shivering reaction. “- Since I work as a nurse, I decided it was the best thing to do.”, she says. At first she felt nothing from the vaccinaton, but a few hours later the side effects kicked in. “- I got a extreme pain in my arm. I could no longer lift it.” The came the fever and the shivering. ” _ I was lying in bed shivering and was feeling very cold and stood in a hot shower to get warm.” She says many colleguse who also took the vaccine have had similar reactons. She has been taking many vaccines in the past without any reactions whatsoever.

Rebecka Andersson was the first person to get the shot in Sweden. She became feverish and felt sick to her stomach from the shot. ” – I lost all energy”, she says. “-I am normally never sick so I understood it must be the vaccine.” Her class mates was vaccinated at the same time and she states that five out of nineteen also got sick from the swine flu vaccine.

Lotta Lindström, a nurse, states that she got the shot a week ago and still is not well. “- It feels very worrying”, she says. “- I did not sleep anything the night after the shot since the pain in my arm was so severe.” The day after, at work, the fever came. She later had headaches. She still today, a week after the shot feels sick.

Another nurse, Jennely, could hardly walk five meters after she got sick from the “swine flu” vaccination. She was completely healthy when she got the shot but the day after she had 39 degrees centigrade fever (102.2 F). “- I could hardly walk the five meters I had to the bathroom”, she says. The fever lasted for three days. sevreal of her colugueges at work had similar experiences. “- I know of at least ten that got fever , we are about 80 people at my workplace.”

10/29/2009 - 1 Death reported in Canada from H1N1 Vaccine!
The recent death of the youth only 13 years old here in Canada, and with his father making a public statement has caused Canadians to re-think their decisions whether to get the vaccine or not. The government of Canada has been put on the spot and serious questions are being put to the officials to why more was not done. This crisis will no doubt bring Canadians together in the future to become more engaged in health issues on both federal and provincial levels. Accountability is on its way. it is time the government, the opposition parties stop playing politics and work in the best interests of Canadians. This crisis will be a major issue which will haunt the government for some time.

10/29/09 - 4 Deaths in Sweden by H1N1 Vaccine!
There are reports from Sweden of possible deaths linked to the H1N1 vaccine; unconfirmed and unwelcome news which will surely complicate the very busy flu season that has descended on most of the northern hemisphere.
While confirmation has yet to be made by health authorities in Sweden, Associated Content is reporting that four people have died after receiving the H1N1 vaccine. Three of those are alleged to have been seniors with serious underlying health conditions. Very little is known about the fourth. The Local has reported that the outbreak of H1N1 flu in Sweden has picked up speed in the past few weeks. About 1 million Swedes have been vaccinated for H1N1. Stockholm News (English) reports that the deaths are being investigated, saying "... Yesterday the national agency received reports that two women had died a couple of days after having received the vaccine, a 90-year-old woman and a 74-year-old woman belonging to the risk group. There are two other cases investigated, one man with cardiac problems who died twelve hours after vaccination and a woman who was found dead two days after her vaccination."An unconfirmed source says Swedish news sources are reporting at least 350 adverse reactions to the vaccine while saying the Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control has denied a link between the adverse reactions and the vaccine. Sweden contracted with Glaxo-Smith-Kline to provide the country with the EU-approved Pandemrix H1N1 vaccine. The vaccination program in Sweden started October 12, with health care workers and pregnant women immunized first. In Germany, health officials caused a flap last week after suggesting that Pandemrix not be used to vaccinate young children. The medical authorities revealed that the government had ordered two different vaccines, one for government and army, one for the general public. The health officials recommended switching the vaccines. The Irish Times reported Dr. Frank Ulrich Montgomery, the Vice-President of the German Medical Association, as saying
“It would be wise to swap – the federal government should use the normal vaccine and make its own doses available to those who should be using the better-tested vaccine. We know the effects of the various ingredients in adjuvant vaccines but not the combined effect. It’s understandable that people are wary of getting jabs of drug cocktails.”Pandemrix contains the booster adjuvant squalene, and many German physicians have recommended that young children not receive the adjuvanted vaccine. Germany's inoculation program for H1N1 began Monday, and the German population is angry that there are two different immunizations shots for people, with the riskier one going to the general public. Cevlapan is made by Baxter, does not contain an adjuvant, and is believed to have less adverse side effects than Pandremix. Hungary has reported one death associated with the H1N1 vaccine, although confirmation has not yet been made. Hungary is using a Hungarian-made vaccine. In the United States, anger is rising over a lack of H1N1 vaccine. The sudden deaths of young people and children, confirmed to have been caused by the H1N1 virus in North America has sparked a demand for the vaccination on both sides of the border. Research has found pregnant women who become ill with the flu can give birth to children with brain damage, which has been linked to emotional and developmental problems later in life. One of the scientists involved in the study recommended pregnant women get immunized against the flu saying
"There is more and more information that flu is very bad news during pregnancy."Glaxo-Smith-Kline has reported a surge in revenues due to demand for antiviral drugs to fight the flu, and expects to make one billion pounds from the H1N1 vaccine alone. There have been at least 5,000 deaths worldwide caused by the H1N1 virus.
Unknown Dates - white-blonde hair began falling out and she stopped talking
When Kaylee was 18 months old, her white-blonde hair began falling out and she stopped talking. Meanwhile, Kerns had twin boys — Andrew and Daniel. When they were 15 months old, they received three vaccines. A week later, they stopped talking. All three children have since been diagnosed as autistic.
Unknown Dates - now has autism, which I know was caused by the vaccination,
My child is 2 months old and I have 3 others all vaccinated, but my last son was fine until the mmr where things changed, he is now has autism, which I know was caused by the vaccination, so now my infant son will not get vaccinated until he is fully developed, so I will vaccinate him, but not all at once.

My son has not been vaccinated for several years. He had convulsions and quit breathing after every vaccination and now suffers minor learning diabilities. It scares me, because I certainly dont want to lose him to measles, or hepatitus... or the vaccine.

Unknown dates - after receiving his 15 month vaccinations he stopped talking and became very withdrawn.
I am a mother of 4 children ages 11, 7 and 5 year old twins. My 7 year old was a normally developing child who talked and interacted with other children. However, after receiving his 15 month vaccinations he stopped talking and became very withdrawn. That was 6 years ago and he has yet to regain his speech although we have spent thousands of dollars on speech, occupational, and ABA therapy. I have chosen not to complete the vaccinations for my twins because I don't want to risk having to go through what I have been through with my son all over again. Many of us who choose not to vaccinate are not totally opposed to vaccinations and the benefits they can provide, but rather we are just asking for a safer vaccination schedule and safer vaccines. I hope that one day it will be possible to protect our children from disease without the fear of a life long disability like Autism. I choose not to vaccinate my twins because if they got chicken pox, measles, or even pertussis it would not be nearly as devestating as Autism has been for our son or our family.

33 yrs ago - I later came down with multiple sclerois.
I took that 1976 swine flu vaccine and lost the use of that arm for a while afterward. I later came down with multiple sclerois. MS is a demyelinating disease of the central nervous system while GBS is a demyelinating disease of the peripheral nervous system. I wonder how many cases of MS were caused by the 1976 swine flu vaccine. MS would not be identified until years after the vaccine. I believe the many mercury fillings I have had already started damaging my nervous system--then the jolt of that swine flu vaccine followed by the hepatitis series caused the MS. I will not be taken the 2009 version!

She spent three months in hospital and had to learn how to talk and walk again. But at times, when she was being fed through a drip and needed a tracheotomy just to breathe, she doubted whether she would survive.
The mother of two, 57, from Maryport, Cumbria, had been in good health until she developed a chest infection in March 2006. She gradually became so weak she could not walk downstairs.
Doctors did not diagnose Guillain-Barre until her condition worsened in hospital and tests showed her reflexes slowing down. It is impossible for doctors to know how she contracted the disorder, although it is thought to be linked to some infections.
Mrs Wilkinson said: ‘It was very scary. I couldn’t eat and I couldn’t speak. My arms and feet had no strength and breathing was hard.
I was treated with immunoglobulin, which are proteins found in blood, to stop damage to my nerves. After ten days, I still couldn’t speak and had to mime to nurses or my family.
‘It was absolutely horrendous and I had no idea whether I would get through it. You reach very dark moments at such times and wonder how long it can last.
But I’m a very determined person and I had lots of support.’
After three weeks, she was transferred to a neurological ward, where she had an MRI scan and nerve tests to assess the extent of the damage.
Still unable to speak and in a wheelchair, Mrs Wilkinson eventually began gruelling physiotherapy to improve her muscle strength and movement but it was exhausting and painful.
Three years later, she is almost fully recovered. She can now walk for several miles at a time, has been abroad and carries out voluntary work for a GBS Support Group helpline.
She said: ‘It makes me feel wary that the Government is rolling out this vaccine without any clear idea of the GBS risk, if any. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone and it certainly changed my life.
‘I’m frightened to have the swine flu vaccine if this might happen again – it’s a frightening illness and I think more research needs to be done on the effect of the vaccine.’

I was paralized by the swine flu shot in 1976 for two yrs. Blessed to be alive. Taking this shot would be a real gamble with your life. There is no proof that this shot is safe for anyone. I really believe that I took part in an experiment that could have killed me just a few months after my graduation. Thank GOD that it didn't happened.

Aug 2009 - Desiree Jennings' Story
Hello,
My name is Desiree Jennings and I am twenty-five years old. I work full-time as a Marketing Communications Manager for a major Internet company. I am currently working to finish my bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics this fall and hope to continue on to a Masters in Economics in 2010.
In my spare time, I enjoy running and training for races from 5Ks to marathons. I also lead a local run club, training beginning runners for 5K and 10K races. I am training for the National Marathon in DC in March and recently became a member of the Washington Redskins Cheerleader Ambassador team.
That was the life that I used to know.
On August 23, 2009, I received a seasonal flu vaccine at a local grocery store that drastically, and potentially irreversibly, altered my future. In a matter of a few short weeks I lost the ability to walk, talk normally, and focus on more than one stimuli at a time. Whenever I eat I know, without fail, that my body will soon go into uncontrollable convulsions coupled with periods of blacking out.
Each day is a battle to control the symptoms triggered by the flu vaccine and a reminder that my life will never be the same. I set up this site to tell my story and warn people of the neurological side effects than can result from vaccinations; especially knowing that in the majority of cases, these stories are seldom heard outside of immediate families and friends.
I hope everyone that reads my story will heed my warning and think very carefully, including watching my story, reading the information about vaccine side effects on this website, reading the vaccine package insert, considering the natural remedies for flu and H1N1 on this site, and seeking out consultations with the doctors found on this website, before making the decision to receive a vaccination.
Sincerely,
Desiree Jennings

I read one story from the UK that said 60% of the doctors wouldn't get it. When the story broke about NY state requiring healthcare workers to get the shot or be fired the local talk show talked about it. Every healthcare worker who called in said they are not getting it. I just went to the doctors last week. Everyone I asked there will not get it. All are concerned about the safety. Most say it was rushed to market and don't trust all the hype. I've read that swine flu mutates rather fast, so how effective can the shot be?
The one and only time I got a flu shot was in 1976 during the last swine flu hysteria. If you read up about it, it was a debacle, killing more people than the flu would have. I was in bed sick for three days and have never been that sick since. Two years ago my brother got his first flu shot and came down with Guillain-Barré syndrome. I never heard of it before, it seems they try to keep it quiet. If more people knew that this is one of the side effects, I bet a lot more people would stop getting the flu shot. They try to say it's rare, but there were at least a dozen cases of it just in my brothers hospital alone. After seeing what it did to him, few of my relatives get flu shots anymore.

However, as far as the H1N1 goes, I am not sure what I would do. There are a lot of people saying that pregnant or becoming pregnant ladies should take it. On the other hand, this is something so new and it hasn't been really tested on pregnant ladies. I am feeling like I will *not* take it, but I don't know yet. It would be interesting what others have to say. Good luck! |
I've been holding off on posting here.
I am not a medical professional. I am not allowed to have the vaccine due to my history. I just want to tell you my story, and things I learned on my journey.
I am not in anyway telling anyone what to do. Just asking that you weigh your risks, and do some research.
I contracted Guillian Barre Syndrome from a vaccine. It was an auto-immune response (not a allergic response) to the vaccine. It wasn't the flu vaccine that I had, I want to be clear on that.
Because the 1976 swine flu vaccination was positively linked to Guillain Barre Syndrome, I am NOT allowed to take this H1N1 vaccine in particular.

I was quadraplegic and on life support for months. I almost died. I was the picture of health before the vaccine. I was headed to Division I Track with a full ride scholardhip. I had never had an adverse reaction to a vaccination, nor had anyone in my family. No history of any reactions, no "allergies" to anything in it. I would have no reason to think anything would happen to me!
Thunder is correct, this vaccine has not been tested on pregnant women. Furthermore, the version tested did not have the adjuvants thimerasol(mercury) or squalene (oil used in anthrax vaccination that caused gulf war syndrome) in the test version. There is a lawsuit in New York alledging that the FDA has not approved this vaccine.
H1N1 Vaccine Unsafe And Unproven | You can do more research on this topic. Here is a start.
Million TIMES More Squalene In H1N1 Vax Than Caused GWI !!
Does the H1N1 vaccine contain mercury?
Also I find it disturbing that the state of washington has "temporarily" eased it limits on the amount of mercury a pregnant woman or child may receive in a vaccination. Mercury limits suspended for H1N1 (swine flu) vaccine to improve access - 9/24/2009 - Washington State Department of Health
The facts are that Baxter patented the H1N1 in August of 2007, a year before the first swine flu case appeared in Mexico City (March 2009)
Baxter has also admittedly "accidentally" released avian flu in seasonal flu remedies. Big Pharma: Baxter Files Swine Flu Vaccine Patent a Year Ahead of Outbreak
Despite this, vaccine makers and the federal gov't received immunity from damages due to this H1N1 vaccination.
It is the only portion of business that pharm companies have this immunity from damages. You get damaged, you are on your own. Swine Flu Vaccine Makers Granted Legal Immunity, Disease and Condition
I researched what I COULD do since I am not allowed to take this vaccination. I found some interesting information about Vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 Deficiency and Swine/Avian Bird Flu: Is There a Relationship? There is evidence (from the CDC) that flu is actually contracted by Vitamin D deficiency. However, the CDC is not telling people this. I find this irresponsible b/c it's nearly impossible to take toxic levels of Vitamin D3, and it can only help your immunity functions. Please do your research on Vitamin D3.
I bought everyone around me a bottle of D3, and asked them to do research. I told them that I am not allowed to take this vaccine, and that they can help me by staying healthy too. Thankfully, everyone around me is on it, (and hopefully) that will help.
There is also school of thought that auto-immune reactions to vaccinations are a result of Vitamin D3 deficiency. The thought is that if your body is attacking you, it's b/c of lack of D3. So, there may be a reaction to a vaccine, but it could also be because your body lacks D3. (Food for thought).
Now to be fair, pregnant women are dieing at increased rates b/c we are immuno-compromised already when carrying a child (so we don't reject baby). Physicians Urge Pregnant Women To Get H1N1 Vaccine, Protect Themselves And Baby From Potential Deadly Threat
This virus kills by causing a cytokine storm.... your immune system over-reacts (as mine did to me with Guillain Barre) It was my own body that attacked me after the vaccine. D3 is essential to regulating your immune system so it doesn't attack you. Research Dr. Russell L. Blaylock, MD's work on Vitamin D3, and all the related D3 disorders.

I don't any of this is absolutely conclusive, thus making this a tough decision.
Let me tell you one more true story about me. I called my RE to tell him I wasn't allowed to have the vaccine (I wanted the Tamiflu to keep on hand b/c it has to be administered in 48 hrs to be effective). The nurse was CLUELESS!!!!!
I tried to explain to her that b/c I have an autoimmune history to vaccination, and in particular this vaccination is strictly prohibited by my neurologist b/c it is linked to GBS (which I had) I cannot take it b/c I can get GBS again.
She said, "We are recommending that all our patients have the H1N1 vaccination, you can get it at our pharmacy". I said, again "I can't take it". She said, well I don't understand why the H1N1 is such a concern for pregnant women" I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP! I sd, "you're kidding right? because it's killing pregnant women at a higher rate because they are immunity compromised". She had ZERO understanding or comprehension on any of this.
Like I said..... it's a TOUGH decision. I just wanted you to know my story w/ vaccination. And hopefully you'll research D3!!!!
I don't know what I'd do if I hadn't really had the decision made for me already.
GL to you all!

Oct 2009 - Friend with GBS
ann
My friend was diagnosed w/GBS today. She had the H1N1 vaccine on Tuesday. She woke up friday morn. with one side of her face paralized, now almost her whole face is paralized. She is starting blood and plasma transfusions tonight. She will be transferred to Barnes hospial soon for more extensive testing. To those who laugh at the severity of this strange, unknown sickness and vaccine I hope you stay informed and not ignorant.

Oct 2009 - Boy rushed to hospital after swine flu jab
The teenager fell seriously ill after receiving the injection, along with thousands of other pupils across Northern Ireland last Friday. He was later diagnosed with swine flu.
“My husband drove us to Antrim (Area Hospital) and I sat in the back with Rhys,” she told the Belfast Telegraph.
“By this stage he was going into spasms. He couldn’t bend his fingers. I was absolutely terrified.
“He was rambling and becoming incoherent. I honestly thought he was going to die in the back of the car.
“He kept saying he wanted to sleep but I wouldn’t dare let him close his eyes because I was frightened that if I did he would never wake up.”

7 weeks into bootcamp I developed weakness in my arms and legs. I was diagnosed with Guillian-Bare Syndrome. I was the only surviving case in the hospital. The 2 other sailors who were previously diagnosed with the symptoms, died. Yes, I received the swine flu shot.
Case in point. The government was supposed to have had the vaccine re-formulated to prevent any life threatening side affects. I guess that was not a priority.
